		<description>I&#039;d opt for a weight vest first also, but I can
see where chains could be better than a backpack
or something like that. Less chance of shifting as
they&#039;d just be draped over you.
Of course there&#039;s also the option of elevating
feet, etc. to make them tougher.</description>

		<description>Definitely! If you want to get stronger, better to add weight to a smaller number of reps rather than do unweighted press-ups for ages.

Not sure about the chains though - I might go for a weighted vest first!</description>
