Thanks Lincoln. Yes, the knees past the toes issue has really been bothering me. I do try not to do this but perhaps I am going about it the wrong way.

Do you think it is flexibility or am I just not giving myself the right mental cues? Perhaps I just need to practice a lot without any weight.

I've watched a few of your vids - You rack the bar quite well, but as you say you get a bit lazy about getting the elbows up. That's a shame really, because so many folks struggle mightily to achieve the rack position you already have. On the clean you should rip those elbows around like yo mean it! In fact in your push press vid the elbows were higher than the power clean vid! That's backwards - if anything the elbows should be higher in the clean/front squat than in the pressing variants.

I don't think you sit back far enough in the squat. If you look at the first picture, you'll see that the knees have already gone well past the toes but the thighs have not yet broken below parallel. This is evident the overhead squat videos as well.

Overall nicely done.

@ Daniel: That's great to hear, thank you! If there is any exercise/topic that you think I should address, do let me know.

@ Erin: Cheers, good luck with it! I've always found it easier to focus on one or two things at a time. When you solve a major issue, the other stuff often falls into place anyway.

Great advice! Just talking with a friend the other day about how strange my technique for these is. Should have a clearer idea about what to fix now. Thanks!
