@ Rooroo: Why not! Crossfit London has now wrapped up all their strength classes into one super-class, the i-course. They do oly lifts, kettlebells, rings, bodyweight, all in one day.</description>

		<description>Great  post - before I started CrossFitting, I was absolutely not interested in lifting. I liked feeling strong, and I wasn&#039;t afraid to carry heavy things, but lifting weights never appealed to me. I started at CrossFit Omaha a year ago, and strength days are now my absolute favorite. I love the Olympic lifts, and I never miss a deadlift workout.</description>
