		<description>Haven&#039;t checked your site in awhile, but I figure this is relevant to say.  Your squats and deadlifts should also kick the crap out of your squats.  They&#039;re using stronger muscles, and don&#039;t give a rats ass what anyone says about your squats, unless of course they&#039;re not regulation level.  Just kidding, but remember form and intensity trump weight any day of the week.  Train harder, train smarter, and always always always evaluate your technique whenever you can, and look to the more experienced people to help you correct minor flaws.  I have yet to see a &quot;perfect squat&quot;.</description>
