		<description>I like the article.  Although I haven&#039;t played with any of the Westside stuff in some time I was really impressed with it when I did.  

Have you messed with incorporating chains and variable (increasing) resistance during your speed work?  Using my terribly unscientific sample size of one I felt like the added difficulty throughout the ROM really helped teach to accelerate and keep driving the whole way.</description>
