		<description>Another technique tip: I&#039;ve just been reading Iron Edge Gym&#039;s blog and Matt points out that in the sumo deadlift it is common for the hips to rise too fast, turning the exercise into more of a stiff-legged deadlift. But if you think &#039;chest up and out&#039; it helps to prevent the hips from rising first.

		<description>@ lelak: for me personally, yes indeed! I was having trouble with conventional deadlifts but when I switched to sumo my deadlift instantly shot up by 30kg and has gone on from there. So the stance obviously suits me! I now use sumo in competition, although I still train conventional in the gym.</description>
