		<description><![CDATA[you can lift everyday, just aletrnate example: monday chest tues back wensday arms thurday shoulders ect try 3-4 sets of 12-15  repititions (so lift the weight 12 to 15 times, in 3-4 sets)its nice to take a day off like sunday, but remeber to add cardio too like running or swimming.p.s. to add to this remember that you should lift enough weight that feels hard to do around 10-12, if it feels too heavy to start off with your lifting too much. don&#039;t hurt yourself.]]></description>
