DAN JOHN
To many people across the globe, Dan John is the yoda of strength training. His articles over the years have been a source of profound knowledge and inspiration to many. A track and field coach who was himself an elite discus thrower, he also has honours in weightlifting, Highland Games and weight pentathlon. He has recently added to his coaching arsenal by becoming a Senior RKC Instructor in Russian kettlebells.

Andrew Stemler is a Crossfit level 2-certified instructor and head of Crossfit London. He runs the i-Course, a day long introduction to all the key Crossfit skills and also holds Crossfit classes when he is not travelling around the UK delivering workshops. Andrew is fond of kittens and often uses them as a teaching analogy.

Wolverson Fitness is based in the Midlands, UK, and has been supplying professional products at affordable prices to the fitness industry since 2005. Through workshops, strength camps, a book and now a DVD, Chip spreads his message about increasing quality of life through movement, independent from the mainstream and incorporating centuries of physical culture in the modern toolbox.
