Payment processing

Gubernatrix uses Paypal for all transactions so you can be sure that your payments are safe, secure and fast.

You don’t need to have a Paypal account to pay by Paypal – they will process credit and debit card payments as well. To pay without a Paypal account, go through the check out process as normal and when you get to the Paypal login page you will see an option on the left to pay with a credit card (see screenshot below).

It is worth using a Paypal account if you can as transactions are easier. If you need to be refunded for any reason, this is more quickly done via a Paypal account.

Cheque

If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact me in the first instance. Goods will not be shipped until cheques have cleared.

Large orders

If you want to discuss a large order or check stock levels, please contact me.

VAT and sales tax

Gubernatrix.co.uk is not currently registered for VAT and therefore I don’t charge VAT. This also means that I cannot issue you a VAT invoice if you yourself are VAT-registered.

The same applies to sales tax in the US. Since I am not located in the US, I do not collect US sales tax.
