Explanation of shipping costs
If you order multiple items to be delivered to a single address and there is a saving on the shipping cost, this amount will be refunded to you. The shipping price quoted with the product is the cost of single items shipped individually.
Unfortunately at the moment I can’t calculate any savings in real time on the website. Therefore if you order multiple items you will receive an email before the items are shipped, confirming the final shipping cost to you. You can also check the costs using the table below.
This table shows the costs for shipping multiple items to the same address, based on total weight of order:

Shipping information
Gubernatrix.co.uk does not usually ship directly to you. Products are shipped from the supplier direct to you by the supplier’s normal method. If you have any problems with shipping or delivery, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
Stock levels
While I make every effort to keep stock information up to date, I can’t completely guarantee that every item will always be in stock when you order it as I don’t hold the stock myself. If an item is not in stock, I will contact you to discuss alternative options or refund the cost in full.
Your location
Please check the shipping details for your location as not all products can be shipped worldwide. Each product has shipping information attached but generally the shipping rules are as follows:
- Unless stated otherwise, heavy physical products (i.e. over 2kg) ship to UK mainland only.
- Unless stated otherwise, light physical products such as books and DVDs can be shipped worldwide.
- Unless stated otherwise, digital products such as ebooks can be shipped worldwide by electronic means.

Wolverson’s opening hours are 8.30 am to 5 pm.
If you want to collect in person, please go through the normal checkout process paying for delivery as I am not able at the moment to offer a ‘collection’ option in the checkout. However if you contact me to say that you will be collecting in person. I will then immediately refund the shipping costs that were charged.
Returns Policy
I want you to be happy with your products! I will always consider returns if there is a problem so don’t hesitate to get in contact.
If you cancel your order before it has shipped you are entitled to a full refund.
