Gymnastic rings
These gymnastic rings are unbeatable value! Made to a specification suitable for home training and functional fitness exercises, they can be hung anywhere and easily adjusted for a range of movements.
The rings come with 6 metres of strapping and a one touch adjustment clip. Each ring has an individual capacity of 150kg. The diameter of each ring is 24cm and the circumference of the handle is 9.5cm.
